Health permit posted in plain public view. Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. Walk-in freezer was at -19 deg C. Walk-in cooler was at -1 deg C. Prep line coolers were at 0-3 deg C. Hot holding: gravy = 65 deg C burger patties = 61 deg C or hotter bacon = 63 deg C Food and food-related items are protected from contamination. Staff were wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection. Pest control monitoring in place. Washrooms and garbage disposal area in sanitary condition. Overall sanitation was satisfactory. Note: Fume hood is overdue for professional servicing. Clean oil build up underneath the deep fryers on a regular basis.
