*General sanitation excellent. No evidence of pest issues observed during inspection.
*Hand sinks equipped with warm water, liquid soap and paper towels.
*Dish sinks in working order. Staff appear to be following full 3-compartment warewashing methods.
*High-temperature dish sanitizer provided a final rinse temperature of 75-78 C at the plate level.
*Quat sanitizer available at 200ppm in cloth buckets and from dispenser.
*Cooler and freezer temperatures satisfactory. Thermometers available in each unit.
*Temperature logs kept up to date.
*All food stored off the floor and protected from contamination.
*Discussed cleaning/sanitizing frequency of blender jugs, knives and tongs with staff. Ensure blender jugs are thoroughly washed, rinsed and sanitized according to your approved sanitation plan.
*Cream and milk carafe temperatures measured at 4 C.
*Random selection of best-before dates on dairy products and ready-to-eat foods checked were OK.
*One washroom checked was maintained in clean condition.
