306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Debris build-up from previous inspection remains under ice machine and adjacent equipment. Mouse droppings around right grease trap in kiosk and floor around hot water tank. Corrective Action(s): Premise cleaning completed during inspection. All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces. Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning. Premise cleaning of floors and hard to reach areas are to be conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity. Violation Score: 9
