Routine inspected conducted, the following were observed. - All coolers were at </=4C; thermometers present - QUATS santizer in 3-comp sink and in spray bottles were at 200ppm - Handsink had liquid soap and single-use paper towel present - Foods were stored 6" off the ground, covered, labelled w/date (FIFO) and grouped into categories. - No signs o fpests were observed. - Stored utensils were clean - FOODSAFE certified staff were present. - General sanitation was good. - * Note: All FoodSafe Level 1 certificates issued in B.C. before July 29, 2013 will expire on July 29, 2018.
