Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some trays of sweets were covered with garbage bags in the kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): Remove garbage bags. Do not use these garbage bags to cover any food items as they have chemicals in them that can leach into the food. Operator removed garbage bags.

Observation: Oil/food debris noted under cooking line (in frying area) and along the sides of the frying equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean underneath these equipment thoroughly and also clean the sides as well.

Observation: Get a thermometer for your display coolers. Operator indicated he was using temperature gun to check all temperatures. Please obtain a physical thermometer to place in your coolers.

Handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Front display cooler (left cooler, closest to entrance) was at 6 deg C initially with temperature gun, but after using probe thermometer the temperature was at 3.8 deg C
-All coolers inside kitchen (prep cooler and walk in cooler at <4 deg C)
-Freezers at <-18 deg C
-Rasgulla and Gulab Jemen (two potentially hazardous food items as they are made with milk) were stored in the cooler at <4 deg C
-Dry storage area ok, ensure to organize all food items
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
-3 compartment sink with bleach available on site to sanitize
-Chlorine solution in rag bucket at 100 ppm chlorine residual
