Temperatures:
- All fridges were below 4C during inspection
- All freezers were below -18C during inspection. Food products in freezers were solid to touch.
- Thermometers present in all fridges and freezers
- Hot holding was above 60C


General Sanitation and Maintenance:
- 2-compartment sink, plugs, and wall-mounted QUATS dispenser available for manual dishwashing
- Sanitizer in spray bottles (QUATS) available at a concentration of 400ppm
- Food products are stored covered, in food-grade containers, and 6-inches above the ground
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Washroom was clean and sanitary
- Ventilation hood is in good order; however, service was due Aug. 14, 2023
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 56.1C on plate surface and had 100ppm chlorine residual
- General facility sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
- Dry storage is organized

Administrative:
- Permit is posted at front, and decal is up-to-date
- FoodSafe Level 1, or equivalent was available during inspection
