Sanitizer levels (quats) at all points of use measured at 200 to 400 ppm. Steamer tray at 200 ppm; Main feed at 400 ppm. Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezers -18 C. handwash stations all well stocked and used. dishwasher at 72.5 C at plate. NOTE: minor accumulations of food debris noticed in corners of garbage can storage cubby in customer service areas. General sanitation and organization noted at high level. As clean as this facility has been in years. Thanks.
