Premises is very clean and organized. OK for "ownership" change, Fridges <4C Handsink stocked, working. Proper dishwashing observed. Quats 200 ppm No sign of pests. Our records show NK Deol as former owner. This name is not listed on the corporation documents. Permit fee owing is $87.50. Submit cheque to this office for $87.50 or call 604-918-7677 to pay by credit card. Be sure to indicate which facility permit fee you are paying for. Your permit and health approval cannot be processed until this is done. Submit proof of foodsafe for at least one director. Always have at least one foodsafe trained staff onsite.
