Comments

Dairy walk-in cooler has been serviced and registered at 4 degrees C. Store may now receive new cold storage deliveries.
Produce cooler registered at 5 degrees C. This is acceptable as long as it is only used for non-perishable foods and whole produce.
Temperatures should be verified daily and recorded. Coolers for potentially hazardous foods (dairy, eggs, tofu etc.) must always be at 4 C or below.
*Codes 201 & 301 have been corrected in previous follow-up inspections.*
