Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza condiments (sliced mushrooms, hams etc.) stored on the top part of the cooler were measured at 8-9C.
Corrective Action(s): Relocate cold potentially hazardous food to working cooler until the cooler is fixed.

301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1) Meat slicer used last night and cleaned after appears to have meat debris under blade and platform still. Removable parts were taken apart. Repeat. 2) Ice machine has heavy mildew inside.
Corrective Action(s): 1) The meat slicer must be properly cleaned and sanitized after use so that there are no food debris remaining on there. 2) The ice machine should be cleaned by professional every 6 months and by staffs every month to prevent mildew growth. Dump the ice, clean and sanitize the ice machine. Contact a professional company if ice machine has never been serviced.

Observation: Lots of fruit flies noted in the bar area (behind take it slow sign), around pop gun dispenser and coffee machine area.
Corrective Action(s): Deep cleaning in the bar area is required. Remove any standing water and food debris, beverage spills. Also refer to comment on code 306.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Food debris build up noted on the black racks holding pizza pans, on the floor under dishwasher and under cooking line. Grease buildup collected between fryer and stove (vertically). Water spill found on bottom shelf of bar cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Deep clean the noted areas by follow up inspection. Use knife to scrape off the build up as demonstrated. Use a broom to brush off debris then mop the floor with proper cleaner and degreaser.

Observation: 1) Prep cooler is measured between 4.9 (left side) to 8.9C (right side). 2) Water leaking from ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Repair or replace the prep cooler so it can store food at <4C. 2) Repair the ice machine leak.
