Observation: Temperature of hot water was inconsistent when checked at the hand sink and triple wash sink. Hot water tested 35C and then cooled down to 24 degrees C within a few seconds.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust the on-demand hot water system so that constant supply of hot water is available at a minimum of 45 degrees C at all sinks. This includes all hand sinks and wash sinks (Immediately).

Observation: Food spills noticed underneath the pop concentrate storage rack.
Water pooling outside the mop sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to keep all items (e.g. bags of salt etc.) at least 6 inches off the floor to allow for easy cleaning. Clean floor underneath the shelves. Ensure to wipe off any spilled water. Check the mop sink for leaks. (April 26, 2018).

Observation: High temperature dishwasher reached 67.5 degrees C at the plate surface after 3 runs.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that dishwasher reaches at least 71 degrees C at the plate surface for sanitizing purposes. This may be due to fluctuating hot water from the hot water supply system. (Immediately)
