Frosted glass fridge not on, ambient temperature 21 C, no potentially hazardous food kept - okay.
Countertop beverage display 15 C, no potentially hazardous food kept - okay.
Open display off at time due to low customer volume (exam season); only soft drinks and bottled water kept - okay. However, must ensure this is able to keep food < or = 4 C when it is turned on and holds potentially hazardous items.
