Code 209 corrected:
> Food organization in walk-in cooler improved. Raw chicken now stored on the shelf below cooked products.
> All opened bags of dry goods stored in pest proof containers.

Code 306 corrected:
> Floor in liquor cooler is no longer sticky.
> Floor in pantry is free of spilled flour.
> Amount of food debris by deep fryer has improved. Area is swept approximately every 30 minutes.
> No pooling water in walk-in cooler. Floor was dry this time - it is usually mopped between morning and evening shift.

> Prep cooler gaskets have been cleaned. Black residue is significantly less - continue to monitor the condition of gaskets.

> Prep cooler in salad bar now has air temperature of 2.8C.
