Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop stored inside the ice machine, with handle touching the ice. This increases the chance of ice contamination by hands.

Corrective Action(s): Ice scoop must be stored outside of the ice machine inside a clean container or tray.

Observation: Screen door at the back entrance has a hole on the bottom. This allows pest entry.
Corrective Action(s): Service or repair the screen door to prevent pest entry.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cardboard liner was used to store cooking equipment under the stove in the kitchen area. Cardboard is not easily cleanable and can attract pests.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the cardboard liner and store cooking equipment on easily cleanable surfaces.
