Walk in cooler has been repaired - air temperature now at 4 C or colder - good.
Cleaning has improved.
Note: Walk in freezer temperature is about - 10 C and - 18 C is best for long term storage. Manager advises that food is not stored very long in freezer (about weekly turnover) - ok.
No fish or seafood.
