Observation:
- Food scraps observed on the bottom shelves inside the two upright freezers at the front and below shelving racks beside dishwasher in the back.
- Grease build up underneath cooklines.
- Grease build up on ventilation hood panels.

Comments

- All coolers at 4C or below.
- All freezers at -16C to -22C.
- Hot held miso soup & rice at 70C.
- Inspection conducted during opening hours hence tempuras were being made at the time - ensure to track time and place them in the cooler after cooling down for 2 hours.
- Bleach sanitizer in buckets measured at 100ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at plate level during the final rinse.
- All handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scooper stored in a separate container.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
