* A new dish washer is being installed within a couple of weeks. * Clean floor to remove food debris from underneath the equipment and shelving. * Install a paper towel dispenser above the hand sink. Upright coolers below 4 C. Preparation cooler across from the grill < 4 C. Hot holding of soups and rice > 60 C. Upright freezers < -18 C Deep freezer < -18 C. Chlorine bleach sanitizer in 3 compartment sink and in wiping cloth bucket tested 200 ppm. General sanitation is satisfactory. Fume hood is serviced and cleaned every 6 months. No sign of pest noted at the time of inspection.
