2. Very low sanitizer level in one sanitizer bottle in kitchen and no sanitizer available in dishpit sanitizer bottle and no wiping cloths available
Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure low temp dishwasher has 50 ppm chlorine detected after final cycle at the dish. Ecolab technician will be contacted today. Recommend adding low temp dishwasher sanitizer checks to daily temp check sheet. Get test strips to perform daily check.

2. Ensure all sanitizer bottles are fully stocked with 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer and a clean wiping cloth at each station. New wiping cloths available during inspection. Refill sanitizer. Sanitizer dispenser noted 200 ppm QUATS.
