Comments

The facility was closed for a renovation (installation of new drink machines and relocation of a hand washing station). An inspection was completed as per the operator's request to reopen. The facility to be remain closed until the following items are addressed: A big open hole was cited in the kitchen floor by the 2 door freezer as their grey water pipe requires a service. Offensive odor noted in the kitchen. The hole to be sealed once pipe work is completed. All surfaces on the premise are to be washed and sanitized. Observed dust on work surfaces, equipment, etc. from construction materials. Remove any items that are not needed for day-to-day operation (e.g., soda machine on the floor near the back door) from the facility. Once three items outlined in this report is completed, contact your district health inspector to schedule a follow up inspection. The facility is not to prepare any foods until a follow up inspection is completed.
