-Back area has been cleaned and re-organized to ensure all items are stored off of the floor to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity. -Mouse droppings have been removed and surfaces have been cleaned. No droppings noted at the time of the inspection. -Dry goods are stored in pest proof containers. Holes in the base of the wall in the back area have been covered with tile. Pest control report for December provided. -Continue to monitor for any further activity. ->50ppm chlorine detected in the dishwasher rinse cycle to sanitize dishes. Ensure that the sanitizer level is tested daily prior to opening.
