Follow up inspection: A maintenance personnel cleaned the fan of the cooler and added coolant according to the operator. Frontier cooler was 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or less. The operator mentioned that they had a thermometer on order for the Frontier cooler (expected to arrive by next week). Check the ambient temperature of all the coolers with potentially hazardous food at least twice per day and ensure they are maintained at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
