On Follow-Up:
Display cooler temperature ranged between 6 and 7 degC even though the front display read 3. Probed food temperatures: samosa was probed at 5.5 degC; sausage roll was 6 degC. The thermometer inside the cooler read 6 degC. Call the technician and get the cooler temperature adjusted to below 4 degC. Do not go by the display temperature on the front of the cooler. Use the thermometer that's inside the cooler to monitor cooler temperatures.
