Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BL8ULM:

- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
- Daily temperature log kept up to date and maintained.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Cardboard removed from all shelving units. Recommend rubber liners to line the shelves.
- The middle chest freezer is still in not working order. No food items stored inside. The maintenance operator stated that he will either replace or fix the freezer.
- Adequate cold storage at the time of the inspection.
- No further issues noted.
