Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The cloths used for sanitizing food contact surfaces were not submerged in the 200 ppm chlorine solution.
Corrective Action(s): In order to reach adequate sanitization of food contact surfaces, the cloths must always be submerged in the 200 ppm bleach solution in betwen cleaning. The employees submerged all the cleaning cloths into the 200 ppm chlorine solution.
