Two sink plugs available. - Bleach available on site for sanitizing - Domestic cooler ambient temperature at -2 degrees C. No potentially hazardous food storage at time of inspection. - Domestic freezer at -23 degrees C - General sanitation satisfactory - No evidence of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Note: Kitchen floor should be sealed to provide a surface that is smooth, non-porous, and easy to clean. Pitting and cracks are evident.
