Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Sliced carrots measured to be at 12.2C, sliced carrots were placed in cooler 4 hours prior.
2) Cooked eggs and pork placed in cooler 1 hours prior measured to be at 8.4C.
Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated cooked eggs and pork. Operator discarded sliced carrots at the time of inspection.
