Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATS sanitizer solution measured 0 ppm QUATS at time of inspection. Staff informed that the sanitizer was changed several hours ago and was used quite often. Staff remade the sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action(s): Remake the sanitizer solution to 200 ppm QUATS. Ensure a 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer is always available when in operation. Remake the solution every 2 hours or when visibly murky.
