General sanitation is good. Front hand-washing station supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. Coolers < or = to 4 C. Freezer at -18 C. Thermometers for cold units - available. Food covered, labeled, & well organized. Hot holding units > 60 C. 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 200 ppm Quat. Surface sanitizer - available (at 200 ppm Quat). Dry storage area - organized. Single use gloves - available. No signs of pest activity. Friendly reminder: Liquid soap and paper towel were unavailable in a washroom at the time of inspection. (Note: One washroom is available for staff and customers.) - Ensure that liquid soap and paper towel are available in the washroom for proper hand washing all the time. If a renovation is on going; and wall-mounted dispensers have been removed as a temporary solution put a pump bottle dispenser for soap and roll of paper towels near the hand washing sink. Must be corrected/Immediately.
