Follow-up inspection report# KLAI-CX8Q7P Note: Facility was not opened at the time of follow-up - due to personal reason, store was closed today. Paper towel noted stocked in the staff washroom. Cleanliness noted improved at the facility. Following violations still need to be addressed - to be evaluated during the next routine inspection: Mouse droppings still noted on the bins in the staff washroom. Black buildup still noted on the mop sink basin and mop bucket. Bare wood still noted in the cabinetry unit holding sauces in the cooking area.
