Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) 2 moldy red onion observed in storage in walk in cooler and burger prep cooler
2) Foods stored in undercounter compartment of burger prep cooler with excessive dripping from defrosting the ice.
3) Bread stored uncovered and unprotected in containers meant for human consumption. Unknown if the container has ever been cleaned and sanitized properly.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Discard contaminated food
2) Do not store foods in undercounter burger prep cooler compartment until defrost issues have been resolved. Store foods in stand up cooler.
