Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: A bucket of water set up near the tandoori area was being used for washing dirty hands.
Correction: Wash dirty hands under running water at the sink with soap and dry with paper towel. Bucket of water is disposed of.
Comments

Check temperature of refrigeration daily and record on the log sheets provided. Obtain thermometers for any fridge that do not have one.
Deep cleaning at least once per week is required in the kitchen.
Paint the walls.
Remove the milk crates that the onions are resting on and replace with movable low shelves. Ensure that they are at least 10" off the ground.
Ensure open containers of ingredients are covered at night.
Install the additional handwashing station as discussed.
Order the cooling wand to cool large containers of hot foods.
New back door has been installed.
Dishwasher temperature is satisfactory.
