Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection designated hand sink obstructed from use by preparation cooler with shelf on top, boxes, and table.
Corrective Action(s): This is a recurring issue. Ensure the designated hand sink is clear of obstructions and available for use at all times. Instructed staff to relocate the boxes and table. Preparation cooler with shelf on top shifted away from the hand sink.
