ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Spatial separation of fruit and flowers achieved as not all flowers are edible. Flowers are now stored on separate designated shelving unit and below all food items in cooler unit.
- Upon arrival of EHO sanitizer solution present at facility. Sanitizer solution at 200 ppm Chlorine.
- Testing strips obtained for Chlorine at facility.
- Facility has removed clutter and items on floor. Better organization has occurred. All items not necessary for business removed. Nothing is stored on floor.
- Rodent droppings found on floors during previous inspection have been removed. Areas cleaned and sanitized
- One staff member present with Food Safe Level One Certification

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Cold water is available however the faucet handle requires wiggling to ensure cold water runs freely. Repair this faucet for ease of use.
- Some rodent droppings remain in "office" type station area of food preparation area. Lower shelf housing printer paper has rodent droppings present. Clean and sanitize area with 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent.
