Take-out sauce containers stored in pizza prep cooler at 4 C. Chlorine sanitizer solution for wiping rags container 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure solution is changed every 2 hours to maintain concentration. Walk-in cooler shelving have been cleaned. Handsinks and 1 compartment sink have hot and cold running water.
