Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): observation: No rinsing step in between wash and cleaning (soak utensils in dishsoap) and sanitizing (soak utensils in dishsoap) and sanitizing (soak utensils in sanitizer) dishsoap residue on utensil will dilute the sanitizer and make it less effective.

Corrective action: Ensure proper manual dish washing steps are followed:
1) Scrape off food debris
2) wash the utensils with detergent and water
*3) Rinse off detergents from utensils
4) Soak dishes in sanitizer for at least 30 seconds
5) Air dry utensils
-A poster of three sink dishwashing method was provided to the staff.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): observation: 1) Hot running water was turned off from the handsink in the front.

2) Sink plug, gloves and scrubber were noted in the hand sink basin near the three compartment sink

Corrective action: 1) Ensure hot and cold running water is always available for hand washing. It's important to wash hands in warm water to remove oil and grease and other contaminants from hands for at least 20 seconds
2) Remove any obstacles from the hand sink to allow proper access to the hand sink
