Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food items are still being covered with used grocery bags, with the bag contacting the food.
Corrective Action(s): Grocery bags are single use and cannot be reused. Grocery bags were discarded at the time of inspection and were replaced with new single use bags.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to September 16, 2020.
-Sprouts are now being stored in the inserts of the prep cooler. Sprouts were at 4C.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Meat slicer was being used at the time of inspection. Operator stated the slicer is disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing in the dishwasher after each use.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

COVID-19:
-Contact tracing list is still not being completed properly. Patrons are not including both the first AND last name. Place a sign by the guest log informing patrons to include this information.
-Front door still does not have a seating capacity. Operator has listed maximum number of tables. Facility must determine the maximum number of patrons permitted in the facility and post the patron number at the front entrance.
