Operator removed spatula to be clean and sanitized. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Food debris, grease, and dust build up found in the following areas: - Inside walk in cooler on the wall area infront of the fans and on fan guard - Inside walk in cooler floor - Below the 3 door freezer - Under the 3 compartment sink - Under shelves to the left of the 3 compartment sinks - Under all shelves in the kitchen area - Under Oven Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the above mentioned areas.
