Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spatula with chocolate butter on it kept on top of the container lid touching the lid. Operator removed spatula to be clean and sanitized.

- Inside walk in cooler on the wall area infront of the fans and on fan guard

- Under shelves to the left of the 3 compartment sinks
- Under all shelves in the kitchen area
- Under Oven
