Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm.
Sandwich line cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Prep line cooler - now maintaining 3-5 deg C. Code 308 from previous inspection corrected.
Hot holding of meatballs was at 60 deg C; soup was at 64 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at 3-4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -17 deg C.
Beverage cooler was at 4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Staff on duty has Food Safe 1 certification - expires Nov. 2019. Ensure to re-new certification prior to expiry date.
Other staff members have Foods Safe 1 training.
Dry storage area - food and food-related items stored off the floor.
No signs of pests noted. Ensure pest control monitoring in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Washrooms were clean but women's had empty soap and paper towel dispensers.
They were re-filled at time of inspection.
