No chlorine present at time of inspection. Wrong chemical container was being used. Replaced with proper chemical. 100 ppm chlorine measured after replacement. Corrective Action(s): Please ensure staff are properly trained with proper chemical usage. Violation Score: 5

Majority of handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. *Please ensure patio bar always supplied with paper towels. All refrigeration units measure 4 degrees C or less. All freezer units measure -18 degrees C or less. Hot-holding units maintaining 60 degrees C or higher. Kitchen dishwasher final rinse temperature 74.2 degrees C at the plate surface. Inside bar glasswasher measured 100 ppm chlorine during rinse cycle. Sink and surface sanitizer measured at 700 ppm from the dispenser and from spray bottle. No signs of pests at time of inspection.
