Observations: All coolers at or below 4C. All freezers at or below -18C. Thermometers available in cold-holding units. Temperature logs are maintained. Hot-holding units at or above 60C. General sanitation satisfactory during inspection. All handwashing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. QUATs sanitizer measured at 200ppm QUATs concentration. High temperature dishwasher measured at 81C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71C) Sanitation log is maintained. All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered. Chemicals are stored away from food. Equipment stored in a sanitary manner. FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site.
