Follow up inspection: -Display cooler was at or below 4 degrees C and it was equipped with a thermometer. -Operator confirmed he intends to keep the display cooler plugged in 24 hours rather than leaving it empty and unplugged overnight. -Maximum occupancy limit sign was posted at the front entrance door. -Tables and chairs in the seating area were spaced out to facilitate two meter distancing between customers belonging to different parties. -Please continue to follow the updated Orders and guidance by the Provincial Health Officer. Signature on this report is not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
