Previous infractions have been corrected: -Food is protected from contamination. -Unfinished storage room in parking lot not used for food storage. Basement Community Room is now being used as temporary food storage. The unit is finished and meets requirements for a food premise. Approval to use this room food storage permitted. Operator proposed to place a 2 door cooler near the elevator on basement floor. Please check with City of Burnaby building department and Fire Department for approval first. A updated floor plan of new storage area and new equipment is required to be submitted to Fraser Health. Ensure to include the new dishwasher and proposed coffee machines in the bistro into update.
