-dipper has not be installed, must be installed by Aug 7 as per previous requirement to open gelato indoors -If dipper well is not installed, closure order will be issued -staff are washing and sanitizing scoops twice a day and there is separate scoop for each flavour kept in the freezer -new temperature log sheet for gelato freezer required
