- meat slicer appears sanitary
- dishwasher reached 78C at final rinse cycle
- general sanitation is satisfactory
- discussed front retail area renovations - if this goes forward, ensure that new floor plans are submitted through the City
- ensure that foods are checked for "use by" and "best before" dates
