Onions were being peeled in a container sitting in the hand sink.
Corrective Action(s):
Remove container and ensure no food prep occurs in the hand sink. All hand washing stations must be fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water and easily accessible at all times.

- Meats stored away from vegetables and ready-to-eat foods.
