General sanitation - good.
Personal hygiene controls in place (hair and beard nets, lab coats, non-latex gloves).
All hand sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Discussed daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures--no concerns at time of inspection.
Surface sanitizer - available at work stations. Note: Alsocan is used for end of day and daily cleaning /sanitizing.
Food items, utensils, and equipment stored safely at the time of inspection (off the floor and sanitary manner).
Ingredient cooler and storage cooler are measured at less than 4C.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) available at 200 ppm from dispenser at three compartment sink. Sink supplied with hot and cold running water.
Low and high temperature dishwashers available on site and meet the requirement/ (required: minimum 50 ppm chlorine and 71C final rinse at dish surface).
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
