Corrective Action(s): Hire a pest control company within one week and provide the invoice to Fraser Health. Ensure that all holes are sealed and that doors are supplied with door sweeps. Also, clean droppings found and dispose of the dead mouse. Corrective Action(s): As soon as possible. Comments

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Dishwasher reached 72 C at the plate level. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
