Routine inspection conducted:
Handsinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-Walk in cooler at 4 deg C --> Ensure to keep the walk in cooler door closed when not in use
-Walk in freezer (inside walk in cooler) was at -15 deg C
-Line cooler drawers and inserts were all at 4 deg C or less
-Hot holding sauces/soups at 60 deg C or greater
-Chef indicated that burgers are cooked to minimum 165 deg F per food safety plan
-Temperature logs maintained up to date
-Foods in walk in cooler are covered
Quat sanitizer in rag buckets at 200 ppm Quats
Chemical dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual on rinse cycle at dish level
Bar glasswasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual on rinse cycle
