The church kitchen is in operation at the time of inspection. 4 church ladies are preparing food (cookies and sandwiches) for an event of funeral.

- General sanitation is GREAT!
- The hand sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- Cooler unit measured at 3.5C
- Freezer measured at -19.2C
- No hot holding or chilling process on site.
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 74.8C
- Bleach solution in spray bottle tested 100ppm.
- Can opener is in a sanitary condition.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted.
- Foodsafe level 1 certified staff present onsite.

Note: ensure to place the utensils in the same direction, when serve the patrons, the business side towards people.
