Salad cooler has been adjusted and reading at 4C.
Discussed taking some products out to glass cooler inside kitchen so that the cold air vent is not blocked.
Mice droppings beside salad cooler has been removed.
Front service area more cleaned.
Paper towel added to paper towel dispenser.
Chlorine test paper available to verify 100ppm.
Reviewed Orkin pest control reports and noted cockroach activity.
Roaches on glue traps were found under glass cooler behind vents, no other activity noted.
***Please increase cleaning (esp. around grill, under cooking area) so that food build up is removed in order to prevent pest activity.
